Not unless you want to. Most of my Fareham clients handle everything by phone, video call and WhatsApp – it’s faster and fits around work. I’m based at 10 Merryfield if you’d rather sit down face to face.

Do you charge a fee?

My advice, appointments, Agreements in Principle and mortgage applications are free, with no obligation. A fee is only payable once you receive your full mortgage offer: £495 for purchases, £299 for remortgages, £895 for specialist lending, and product transfers are free.
