Do I need to meet you in person?

Not unless you want to. Most of my Locks Heath clients handle everything by phone, video call and WhatsApp – it’s faster and fits around family life and commuting. I’m based at 10 Merryfield if you’d rather sit down face to face. I’m usually available Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.

Do you charge a fee?

Locks Heath is a large residential area between Warsash and Titchfield, built largely on former strawberry-growing land. That history still shows in place names – the Strawberry Field Tavern, the Joseph Paxton – and in the layout: many homes sit on smaller estates that follow the old plot lines, with a mix of Edwardian red brick, mid-century chalet bungalows and later family houses on wider roads and generous gardens.

Day-to-day life centres on Locks Heath Shopping Village (also known as the Lockswood Centre), with Waitrose, the library and community facilities, local GPs and everyday shops. Holly Hill Woodland Park offers lakeside walks close by; Sarisbury Green has its village green, cricket pavilion and church; Warsash and the River Hamble are a short hop for sailing and waterside walks. Titchfield Common and the coast towards Hook Lake are popular too.

For work, the M27 is close, Swanwick station is about a mile and a half north (services towards Southampton, Fareham and Portsmouth), and Whiteley shopping and business parks sit just over the borough line. That combination of family housing, schools and practical links is why I help a lot of Locks Heath clients who want space and community without giving up access to the cities.
