Do I need to meet you in person?

Not unless you want to. Most of my Gosport clients handle everything by phone, video call and WhatsApp – it’s faster and fits around work. If you’d rather sit down face to face, we can arrange that too.

Do you charge a fee?

There’s no fee for my advice, appointments, Agreements in Principle or mortgage applications, and no obligation. A fee is only payable once you receive your full mortgage offer: £495 for purchases, £299 for remortgages, £895 for specialist lending, and there’s no fee for product transfers.

Which lenders can you access?

How quickly can I get an Agreement in Principle?

Can you help if I've been declined elsewhere?

Very often, yes. A decline from one lender doesn’t mean every lender will say no – criteria vary enormously. Tell me what happened and I’ll give you an honest view.
